PPP - The technical portion of the proposals received are responsives and compliant

On March 26th of this year, the MTQ received the technical portion of the proposals of the three candidates vying for the contract for the completion of Autoroute 30 with a service life of 35 years. Following the verification of the responsiveness as well as the commercial and technical compliance of documents submitted, it was determined that the technical portion of the proposals of the three candidates was in fact responsive and compliant. Consequently, all three candidates have been invited to submit the financial portion of their proposals on May 7, 2008.

The choice of the candidate retained is expected to be announced in June 2008.

The three candidates under consideration are:
