PPP - MTQ receives technical proposals from the three candidates
On March 26, the MTQ received technical proposals from the three candidates who are in the running for the 35-year contract for the design, construction, financing, operation, maintenance, and repair of Autoroute 30. The three proposals were deemed to be eligible.
The technical component of the proposals will now be evaluated based on technical criteria previously established by the MTQ and conveyed to the invited candidates. The invited candidates whose proposals contain technical components that are deemed to be eligible will be announced on April 23, 2008.
These candidates will then be invited to submit the financial component of their proposals by May 7, 2008 at the latest. Once this component has been evaluated, the selected candidate will be announced in June. The Partnership Agreement will be signed in the fall.
