Added value analysis report

The ministère des Transports du Québec, in collaboration with the Agence des partenariats public-privé du Québec, today released the added value analysis report pertaining to the completion of Autoroute 30.

This report presents a comparative analysis of the rollout of the completion of Autoroute 30 as a public-private partnership (PPP) compared with its completion using a conventional method, with a view to quantifying the added value for public funds invested arising from the decision to opt for completion under a PPP.

The report concludes that the rollout under the terms of a PPP offers quantitative and qualitative benefits compared with the conventional method, under the terms of the proposal selected by the private partner.
