
A new and adapted management structure was introduced in order to facilitate the completion of Autoroute 30 in accordance with established criteria and the announced timeframes.
The Minister of Transport is the main person responsible for the completion of Autoroute 30.
The new management approach is such that the completion will be the direct responsibility of the Assistant Deputy Minister.
The completion project is managed and implemented by:
- The Management Committee, chaired by the Assistant Deputy Minister of Transport, who is responsible for implementing the entire completion project (Eastern and Western sections) and for the general coordination of resulting activities.
- The Bureau de projet de l'autoroute 30, which is responsible for ensuring compliance with the public-private partnership agreement with Nouvelle Autoroute 30, s.e.n.c., particularly regarding design and construction requirements. The activities coordinated by the Bureau de projet are carried out in close collaboration with the Direction de l'Ouest-de-la-Montérégie and the Bureau des partenariats public-privé (BPPP).
- Finally, the Direction de l’Ouest-de-la-Montérégie, which is responsible for the coordination and completion of work carried out using a conventional method by the Ministère.
